WHAT IS POWER YOGA?
Power Yoga is derived from the traditional Asthtanga Yoga. This intense form of Yoga involves postures, where as the postures follow each other smoothly so a beautiful flow is created. Power Yoga creates strength, endurance, flexibility and internal heat.
Done correctly, power Yoga's effects are quickly noticable - in retrospect, you are "squeezed out like a lemon". Power Yoga pushes you from the inside out and reveals everything in it. This includes fears, doubts, frustrations, toxins and so on. By letting out these toxins, it challenges you physically and emotionally, pushing you to the next level.
Power Yoga has several advantages:

Easy Flow Yoga is a "quiet yoga" style that is derived from Power Yoga. Easy Flow and Hatha Yoga are very similar in terms of softness and being attentive to the exercises. Compared with Hatha Yoga, easy flow Yoga allows you to experience posture merges, whereby one posture merges into another easily - where as Hatha Yoga poses are experienced completely separate from one another.
Easy flow Yoga allows you to build up new energy while surrounded in peach and quiet. This Yoga class is ideal for those with physical limitations as you will learn to balance and integrate poses. Easy flow Yoga can help you handle energy balance carefully while challenging you at a pace you can handle.
Easy flow Yoga is perfect and easy to follow for those who are recovering from a disease, are overweight, suffer from chronic complaints, have a burnout, are older or just tired and still want to exercise.
We have suitable programmes for both you and your partner in preparing for childbirth. The combination of pregnancy yoga includes Do-in, Shiatsu massage which makes the course very unique:

28 - 34 weeks)
• Private course (from approx. 28 weeks)
If you are between 24 and 32 weeks pregnant you can start with the complete course. This course covers all relevant topics, like relaxation and brething techniques. Each is discussed extensively and ideal for those giving birth for the first time.
The exercises come from different Western and Eastern movements and are aimed at maintaining the natural balance of body and mind during pregnancy. In short, a unique course that helps you to meet your childbirth with confidence.
Each lesson offers:
• Breathing techniques
• Press technology
• Do-In: Stretches to support the overall
• Exercises to strengthen the contact with
• Shiatsu (self) massage, through the clothing,
including to relieve pregnancy symptoms, such
as nausea, heartburn, fatigue and back pain
• Practical information about delivery
• Dealing with fears and insecurities around birth
If you are more than 28 weeks pregnant and still wish to do the course, you can choose the short course. This course is practical and acts like a refresher course with a duration of four 75-minute lessons.
During the short course you will learn the most important breathing and relaxation techniques to cope with the contractions. You will also receive practical information about the delivery itself.

• Exercises to strengthen contact with the child
• Breathing exercises to deal with contractions
• Pressing techniques
• Practical information about delivery

This quiet form of yoga is ideal for those who are 60 years old and older. We make sure the poses and forms are easy to handle and go at a pace you can get used to.
You will find that the yoga exercises in this class are not difficult, but keeps you vital and full of energy. This is perfect to help aide in the aging process, keeping you feeling young and vitalized.
Why should you try Yoga? Yoga helps reduce the risk of falling because we work on your balance. We also teach you breathing exercises to lower blood pressure and most of all, we help you relax the mind.
KID YOGA - YOUTH YOGA
We offer Yoga for kids aged 11 and up. We also have separate classes for teenagers.
Teenage yoga can help with insecurities, something all teens suffer from. Being a teen is a period where they begin to think about what their place is in the world. Teens as you can well imagine, feel immense pressure, whether at school or at home. Not forgetting about their bodies being in constant flux of change. Yoga can teach them to feel stronger both mentally and physically.
CHILDREN'S YOGA - 6 years old and up
For young kids, yoga exercises are combined with play and movement. It gives them strength and energy and self-confidence increases. They become calmer and more relaxed. Children's yoga is for every child.
